| | We use different transport methods depending on the size, weight and fragile nature of the goods and the required delivery time. The following symbols next to the items indicate the usual delivery method:
Items for pickup from Battlesbridge Antiques Centre.
Items sent by Royal Mail 1st. Class registered post. Next day delivery.
Medium sized packages sent by Royal Mail 1st. Next day delivery.
Items sent by courier. Signed for doorstep delivery. 3 day service.
Heavy items packed onto a pallet. Signed for kerbside delivery, 5 day service.
Collection is welcomed from our premises in Essex 7 days a week and will attract a refund of 20%. Please contact us for more information Contact us.
Delivery times are given in normal working days and for items held in stock. If we do not have the item in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If for any reason this is not convenient you will receive a full refund.
Although we do our best to co-ordinate the delivery we can arrange the day but not always the time. However, there has to be someone to receive and sign for the order.
Our drivers will deliver to the door or kerbside only. They will be helpful and polite but are not required to unpack and/or place items in the house or garden.
We are able to offer special delivery quotations for:
* Unpacking and manoevering items into place in home or garden.
* An urgent, timed or out of hours delivery.
* Delivery outside mainland Britain. | |
