| | At FeelFreeToBrowse.com we pride ourselves on the quality of our service, and always endeavour to meet the high standards we feel our customers deserve.
If for whatever reason an item needs to be returned, we offer a no fuss returns policy as long as goods are returned in the same condition as they were received within 30 days of receipt.
The recipient will be given a choice of receiving a replacement item, a gift certificate, or repayment.
If the return is due to our error, we will also ensure that the recipient is fully reimbursed for the costs incurred in returning the item.
Please note: If the reason is due to fault, damage, or loss in transit, the customer will need to notify FeelFreeToBrowse.com within 48 hours of receipt, however they will still have 30 days to return the item(s).
