| Terms and Conditions |

| | FeelFreeToBrowse.com offers to sell goods, on the basis of its terms and conditions as set out below. FeelFreeToBrowse.com is open to negotiate any of the terms to suit a customer's specific needs.
1. DEFINITIONS
I) The person who places / submits an order will hereinafter be known as the Buyer
II) FeelFreeToBrowse.com will hereinafter be known as FeelFreeToBrowse
2. PRICES
Prices are those reflected on the FeelFreeToBrowse site. Products are purchased from third party suppliers, and therefore prices are subject to change from time to time without notice, however any orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the FeelFreeToBrowse site at the time of the placing of the order. Quoted prices on the FeelFreeToBrowse site do not include postage and packing, which are calculated during the ordering process and added to the order. (See Postage [&] Packing)
3. VAT
VAT is included in the prices reflected on the FeelFreeToBrowse site, and is charged at the rate then applicable, which is currently 17.5% in the UK.
4. ORDERS
Orders will only be processed and shipped if FeelFreeToBrowse deems an order complete. An order is deemed complete if all relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed. If the order is deemed incomplete, FeelFreeToBrowse will send an e-mail to the Buyer requesting the missing information. When the information is received by FeelFreeToBrowse, the order will be deemed complete. Products that can be ordered are more fully described on the FeelFreeToBrowse web site.
5. HOURS OF BUSINESS
An order can be placed via the Internet at any time. FeelFreeToBrowse may only process orders during core hours of business, which are as follows: 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is required at point of sale. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and/or unless either a credit card has been verified, or postal order / guaranteed cheque received.
7. DELIVERY DATES
Delivery dates or lead times are not guaranteed. Deliveries will be handled by third parties, and thus FeelFreeToBrowse's ability to guarantee delivery dates is restricted. However, FeelFreeToBrowse will use their best endeavours to ensure that delivery dates and requirements are met. Where delivery dates are given, they are without liability and time is not the essence of the contract. Deliveries will only be made if the order is deemed complete. Lead times will start from the time of complete order.
8. AVAILABILITY
Whilst every attempt will be made to maintain stock of listed items, no guarantee of availability can be given. If an item ordered is not immediately available, FeelFreeToBrowse will send the buyer an e-mail, within 2 working days of receipt of order, providing an estimated availability date. The buyer will have the option of cancelling or changing their order.
9. DELIVERY, POSTAGE [&] PACKING
A delivery or postage and packing charge will be added to orders, and will correspond to the choice of delivery option the Buyer has chosen. The cost of the delivery or postage and packing will be provided to the Buyer at the point of choosing between delivery options. Currently deliveries are restricted to the UK.
10. RETURN OF GOODS
Unless Customer shall, within 48 hours after delivery, inspect the Products and notify FeelFreeToBrowse, in writing, of any defects found, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods for whatever reason, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement, refund or gift certificate. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to FeelFreeToBrowse within seven days of receipt or expected receipt of order, and if the fault was due to FeelFreeToBrowse or it's suppliers, FeelFreeToBrowse will also reimburse the customer any reasonable costs in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. CANCELLATION
The customer may cancel their order either by our online Contact us form or by calling 01268 769000. If the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the products to FeelFreeToBrowse within 7 days of receipt of goods in the condition received. The customer must follow the procedure detailed in clause 10 for return of goods. Refund of the order will be made within 2 working days of receiving your cancellation, or within 2 working days of receipt of returned goods at FeelFreeToBrowse in cases where the order has already been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. COPYRIGHT / TRADE NAMES
Reproduction of any part of the FeelFreeToBrowse site for any purpose excluding the sole purpose of ordering, without the prior written permission of FeelFreeToBrowse , is strictly prohibited. The FeelFreeToBrowse logo is copyright FeelFreeToBrowse . Other product and company names featured on this site may also be the copyright, trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners.
13. BREACH OF THESE TERMS
In the event of the Buyer being in breach of any of these conditions, FeelFreeToBrowse shall be entitled to refuse to supply the buyer with any further goods, or suspend delivery until all breaches have been remedied.
14.GOVERNING LAW
English law shall govern these terms and conditions.
15. STATUTORY RIGHTS
The FeelFreeToBrowse terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights, and if any term of the Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected. | |
